About Us
A Lifelong Passion for Playing—and Helping Others Learn
From the moment he picked up a guitar, Igor Laze was hooked. Over the last 20 years, he’s transformed that passion into a multifaceted career—touring across Canada, the U.S., and Europe, releasing multiple albums, and teaching students of all ages and skill levels. With a deep understanding of a wide range of styles—rock, blues, jazz, pop, classical, and more—Igor brings a practical, approachable method to learning that helps players truly connect with their instrument.
As both an artist and a teacher, Igor believes in making music accessible, expressive, and fun. He creates custom arrangements, clear video lessons, and downloadable tabs that guide players step by step. Whether you’re a beginner learning your first chord or an intermediate player ready to dive deeper, Igor’s goal is to help you grow—not just as a guitarist, but as a musician.
Igor Laze Music
Original Music & Artistic Work
In addition to teaching, I’m a songwriter and recording artist with a deep love for storytelling through sound. Over the years, I’ve released four full-length albums, including my latest solo record, Departure. My music blends acoustic textures with rock, alternative, and ambient influences—always rooted in honest emotion and crafted detail.
